This successful, independent company was established on the 4th April 1989, with a mission to deliver quality software solutions and the highest level of customer service to the mainframe businesses in the UK.

“Software Europe witnessed two recessions, a shrinking target industry and has come out stronger.” Rita Nicoll, Finance Director, reports. “The mainframe community is a much smaller arena than it was 20 years ago and in 2000 we decided that we needed to develop our own solutions.”

This evolution began almost 10 years ago, with the previous finance director’s frustration with the manual and often incorrect reclamation process consisting of spreadsheets and hand written forms. The development team then began working with the finance department to build the basics for expenses as an internal solution. This constant evolution and methodology to listen to our customers to derive what they require and not what we think they need has helped form the solution we have today.

Software Europe now boast two successful SaaS solutions, with an impressive customer base, that strive to streamline business processes and reduce corporate spend; which today is imperative for all businesses to survive.
